1 – Se tup your Nectar CRM integration

Use Nectar API PRIVATE TOKEN to connect both systems.

2 - Import Additional Fields created in NectarCRM

The list of all custom fields created in Nectar will be listed. The field mapping is a TO-FOR configuration. You need to inform DocSales, that the field X of NectarCRM, is the field Y of DocSales, and then these 2 will be linked. When an opportunity is selected in that mapped field in DocSales, the system will import the custom field data into Nectar.

You will have 2 options:

a) If the field to be mapped is already created in DocSales, click on the MAP CUSTOM FIELDS button and select, from the list of additional fields (from DocSales), which field you want to map.

b) If the field to be mapped is not yet created in DocSales, click on the button CREATE AND ASSOCIATE IN DOCSALES. The system immediately creates the field and map it automatically.

3 – Import Products and Services from Nectar to DocSales

First, on the Integrations tab you need to click on the button Import Products/Services to sync all products and services of the CRM.

(a) When a new document is created and an opportunity is imported from CRM, the system will bring all products and services data even if they are not registered in DocSales.

(b) Click on Import CRM Products/Services present in the products and services tab in DocSales.

4 – Link the Nectar Opportunity into the Sales Document

When you are creating a new sales document (proposal, contract or quotation), select from the list the Nectar CRM opportunity related.

5 – Import Opportunity Data

As soon as the CRM Nectar Opportunity is linked with the sales document, DocSales imports all the opportunity data: customer registration data, contact data, custom field data.

6 – Automatic Nectar CRM update

DocSales updates Nectar CRM by inserting a note containing the updated link, whenever the Sales Document is:

(a) Sent to the customer;

(b) Rejected by the customer;

(c) Signed by the customer.

7 – When the sales document is SIGNED

When the sales document is signed by the client, DocSales:

a) Updates the value of the opportunity in CRM Nectar, considering the total value of the Sales Document (TCV)

b) Gives the WON in the Nectar CRM Opportunity
