The digital or online signature is a feature that allows your customer to sign the contract in a virtual way.

You do not need to physically send the document to your customer and wait for it to be signed by all authorized representatives. Not to mention, the Post Office costs, the time it takes for the document to arrive and the possibility of losses. Time and money wasted!

Our recommendation is that all contracts are signed online.

Learn how you allow your contracts to be digitally signed.

Go to Settings -> Signature Methods

In this menu, you can see the signature methods.

Select the Actions menu. There are a few options:

  • Activate: Allow you to activate the signature method that you pretend to use. And so, when generating a new sales document, this option will be available to be used.
  • Deactivate: Allow you to deactivate the signature method that you are not pretending to use. And so, when generating a new sales document, this option will not be available to be used.
  • Favorite: Use this option to choose one signature method by default in your DocSales account.
