At DocSales you can create a proposal, a contract, a quote, or any other sales document your company uses.

A) Click on "Create Document".

B) Register or select a customer.

Note: If you already had integrated your CRM in DocSales, automatically the opportunity data will be imported into your new document.

C) On the tab "Specifications", select the template that you want to send.

Note: You have already in your template library, free templates available for you to use!

D) Select the products and services from your catalog.

E) Confirm the signers' details: name, email, and role.

F) Save your document. Click on "View PDF" to see if some detail is missing.

G) Click on "Send Document".

Note: You can send your document by email or Whatsapp.

That's it! Your first proposal sent to your prospect in minutes. He/she receives the document and does a legally-binding digital signature.
