One of the great benefits of DocSales is that it allows you to generate the same document template that your company uses.

In this way, you do not need to use ready-to-make templates anymore.

What are Sales Documents?

Sales Document is any type of document that your company uses to formalize a sale. We use the name sales document because it is generic and serves all of our customers.

They can be:

  • Sales Proposals

  • Contracts

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Quotes

What is Sales Document Personalization?

It is the work carried out by the DocSales technical team to adapt the original document (in word / pdf), in DocSales. This work consists of:

Convert the document in WORD format to HTML format
Adapt the document layout so that it looks as much as possible with the original version
Configure all variables in the Document. Variables are codes inserted in the DocSales document that indicate where each information should be positioned.
Example: Where the {{}} variable is inserted, the system will replace it with the Corporate Name of the corporate client or Name of the individual client when generating the document through DocSales.

Discover the dictionary of variables.
